Aerial Pricing

Individual Aerial Training encompasses balance, stability, flexibility, strength, breathing exercises, and cardio all in one hour. Training is customized for all levels of students and all types of fitness goals. Sessions are designed to make it fun to stay in shape. Use the hammock to support your body in creative and interesting ways while developing functional fitness. Aerial exercises can be an exciting challenge for your mind and body.

Something to know prior to your Aerial session:

Pre-Class Considerations

*Please arrive 15 minutes early to your first class to fill out new student paperwork

*Be sure to reserve your spot through our website

*Drink plenty of water the day before as well as the day of your class

*Please bring your own yoga mat

*No Jewelry or sharp nails on the hammocks to avoid injuries and damage

*Wear comfortable, fitted clothing that covers your legs and armpits

*Wear socks or come with clean feet

*Please do not practice aerial yoga if you have any of the contraindications listed to the right---->

Contraindications

*Pregnancy

*Glaucoma
*Recent surgery of any sort

*Very high or low blood pressure

*Vertigo

*Osteoporosis or any bone weakness

*Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

*Recent stroke

*Hernia

*Botox in the last 4 hrs
